Dearest gentlest reader, It's been a minute. MINUTES . It's been a little and a lottle.😔 I have a lot of thoughts but I will share one. FALLING IN LOVE. What is falling in love? How does one know when they are falling in love? Why does one fall in love? 'Safe. Smile. Calm. Peace. Happy. Full.' These are the words I think of when I think of falling in love. falling in love should provide you with a safe space where you feel so calm and peaceful, so happy that smiles come so naturally as if it was a second nature. Falling in love is PARADISE . ' Vulnerable. Exposed. Weak. Fragile.' That is the second set of words that comes with falling in love. You bare yourself to this one human, exposing all of your weaknesses, allowing them to make you feel, to let your guard down, to trust them with this fragile thing called a heart. But here is the thing, humans are humans, and they have funny behavior. 'Betrayal, Crash, Burn.' A human will never hesitate to bet...

Dearest Gentlest Reader, I come back😊with thoughts I have had running through my mind but not enough words to put on paper. Or rather, with no idea how to put them on paper. Today's word: INSATIABLE Simple definition : Never satisfied. It is often said that greed is the thief of happiness. You know, when nothing is ever enough. Nothing ever seems to appease you, nothing ever seems to satisfy you. There is this HIGH you are always chasing, this THIRST you are always quenching. Yet you are never SATISFIED. Wonder why that is? Maybe it is because your whole life you have never been enough. You have never exactly 'fitted in'. You have always had to go the extra mile to reach a certain point. You have always been mediocre, average, moderate, common. And now? Now you are left with a bad case of imposter syndrome. IMPOSTER SYNDROME: Simple definition - fear of not fitting in/ overall self-doubt. (Two words in one day, lucky you) Now every room you walk into feel...

Hello there, 'tis I again😉 Today we have CONSISTENCY as our word of the day. Simple definition: being the same/ keeping the same behavior/ doing the same thing over and over. "You have to get it done. No excuses." On sunny days, on rainy days. Through the highs, through the lows. On rocky roads, on smooth trails... You have to get it done. That is consistency. "KEEP SHOWING UP." Show up on your happy days. Show up on your sad days. Show up when you don't want to. Consistency does not always guarantee instant results, but it yields results in the long run. Just keep showing up. "Consistency is key" But consistency is nothing without DISCIPLINE and MOTIVATION. Let me break it down... For you to be consistent, you have to have the motivation to start and enough discipline to follow through... So the formula is: CONSISTENCY = DISCIPLINE + MOTIVATION. Consistency is a puzzle piece of the big picture. SUCCESS. Stay consistent, and lock in....

Dear Gentlest Reader, 😂 ( Jokes, Again... We will figure this intro thing out someday ) PRAISE-KINK .... That is our 'word of the day' Simplified definition: finding pleasure in receiving praise or compliments. "Well done. Good job. You did great. You are the best." You do everything that you do just for one of those phrases. Just ONE. Ohhhh, it's a high unlike any other. You work and you work, bend over backward, forwards, fold into a pretzel, give all you have got and more just for that one phrase. Blood, sweat, tears. Blood, sweat, tears. Blood, sweat, tears. But it's okay, it will all be worth it when you receive that compliment . There is nothing more satisfactory than that compliment. Or is there? You see, the problematic thing about having a praise-kink is that you are never satisfied. It doesn't matter how well you have done, it is never enough. You can always DO BETTER. Praise is like a drug, you always want MORE and MORE and MORE. And so you ...

Greetings and salutations, 😄😅Just jokes, Hi there Words, sharing, expressing... This is all new to me. There is always so much going on in my head, in my life, and in general. I never knew how to process it, expressing myself seemed far-fetched, mainly because I am often MISUNDERSTOOD. So here I find myself, putting it in words, with hopes of unloading. "Be polite. Smile. Say yes. Make them happy. Set a good example. NEVER slip up." A daily mantra? No. More like guidelines to a 'perfect' life. If you are not polite, no one will like you. If you don't smile, you are not pretty. If you don't make them happy, they will resent you. If you don't set a good example, they will look down on you. If you slip up, you have lost everything. But you are not perfect. Keeping up with this facade makes THEM happy, but what about you? Are you happy? This is my first blog, so we will not be unpacking all of that at once. Rather, we will do it in segments. Welcome to L...
